REVU Days

REVU Days are special days in which members of the MOTU community come together and review the packages that future contributors have uploaded to the [http://revu.tauware.de REVU] website. More information pertaining to REVU can be located on the [:MOTU/Packages/REVU:REVU wiki page].

Join us in #ubuntu-motu on [:InternetRelayChat:IRC] any time during the next scheduled REVU Day!

Anchor(UniverseHugDay)

Universe HUG Day

Every now and then we'll have a Universe HUG Day.

What will we do there?

  1. First of all we'll take care of [:MOTU/TODO/Bugs:bugs]. We'll triage them, fix them and do whatever we can to clean up Ubuntu's Universe's bugs.

  2. We mark bugs as bitesize and offer Mentoring for bugs where we think they are suited for mentoring.

Who can help out?

Everybody. If you always wanted to help MOTUs and become one yourself one day, just join #ubuntu-motu to get started.

Don't hesitate to share your problems and experiences there.

We meet in #ubuntu-classroom on irc.freenode.net. Usually every friday.

Packaging Jams

An Ubuntu Packaging Jam is an event in which packaging skills are taught to a group of people. Jams are typically delivered by Ubuntu LoCo teams, and they are an excellent means of not only providing events for a LoCo team but also a great way to get more people involved in Ubuntu development.
